CFM, FMP & SFP Scholarship Guidelines

Guidelines to apply for the chapter scholarship (CFM Learning System)

Must meet the IFMA Criteria noted below regarding education/experience

  • Must be a chapter member in good standing at time of scholarship/reimbursement allocation.
  • Members are encouraged to maintain their chapter membership for at least one (1) year after obtaining their CFM credential.
  • Must not be eligible for full reimbursement by their employer.
  • Candidate’s contact information and essay, 250 words, must be submitted on-line thru the scholarship application.
  • Full reimbursement for the CFM Learning System - $995 Value (must be purchased through the St. Louis IFMA Chapter)
  • One CFM scholarship will be awarded each year between July 1 – June 30.
  • Scholarships are granted on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Learning Systemincludes reading materials and access to online study tools for 1 year.

    Additional Incentive Program

    Guidelines to apply for the CFM Exam Application Fee Reimbursement
  • The CFM exam application fee (valued at $550.00) will be awarded to the first 2 CFM candidates to pass the CFM Exam in the current fiscal year, July 1 – June 30
  • Whether you take advantage of the learning system scholarship or you complete the course and exam on your own, you are eligible for reimbursement for the CFM exam application fee (valued at $550.00).
  • Members are encouraged to maintain their chapter membership for at least one (1) year after obtaining their CFM credential.
  • Must not be eligible for full reimbursement by their employer
  • Candidate’s contact information with verification of completing the CFM exam must be submitted on-line thru the online scholarship application.
  • Scholarships are granted on a first-come, first-served basis

 No specific educational or work experience prerequisites required

  • Guidelines to apply for the chapter scholarship (FMP Self Study Kit) 

    Must be a chapter member in good standing at time of scholarship/reimbursement allocation
  • Members are encouraged to maintain their chapter membership for at least one (1) year after obtaining their FMP credential.
    Must not be eligible for full reimbursement by their employer.
  • Candidate’s contact informationand essay, 250 words, must be submitted on-line at www.ifmastl.org/essay
  • Full reimbursement for the FMP Learning System - $1550.00 Value (must be purchased through the St. Louis IFMA Chapter)
